FAQs
Do I need to make an appointment to get a piercing?
-
We sometimes have walk-in availability, but it is always best to call ahead and set an appointment to get a guaranteed spot in our schedule. We do not take a deposit for same day appointments. For any appointment set at a later date, we take a $20 deposit.
Do I have to be 18 to get a piercing?
-
The youngest we will pierce at is 13. We will pierce ear lobes as young as 11. You must have a parent/legal guardian with you, and we will need state-issued photo IDs from both the parent/guardian and child. If neither last names or addresses match, or the minor does not have an ID, we will need a birth certificate. We will not pierce tongue or nipples on anyone under 18.
Do you change out jewelry?
-
For a $10 fee, we will help you change out any jewelry you purchase here. However, we do not change outside jewelry.

I think my piercing is getting infected. What should I do?
-
If you have any concerns about how your piercing is healing, you should come in and speak with one of our piercers in person. We'll be able to assess what is going on with your piercing and see what the best course of action will be. We go over common problems in our aftercare information here.
